By purchasing and using MergeHelper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

2. License

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MergeHelper on a single device. Each license key is valid for one device only. This is a one-time purchase with lifetime updates.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use the software for commercial purposes beyond your personal use
• Share your license key with others

4. Privacy

MergeHelper accesses your GitHub and GitLab accounts to retrieve pull request and merge request information. This data is processed locally on your device and is not stored on our servers. Your access tokens are stored securely in your system's keychain.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with MergeHelper, contact us at hi@aron.codes within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Updates

Your license includes lifetime updates. We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time, though we have no current plans to do so.

7. Disclaimer

MergeHelper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MergeHelper or its developers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
